Most failures in a self-hosted installation don’t look like what caused them: a missing route reads as a CORS error, a wrong model name as a hung pipeline, a missing role as an empty page. Find your symptom below; error text is quoted exactly as it appears. If nothing here matches, collect diagnostics and send them to your Jedify contact.

Realtime

Don’t judge realtime by a 101 Switching Protocols response. sockudo completes the websocket upgrade first and checks the key afterwards, so a wrong key also gets 101, followed by a closed connection. A working connection’s first message is pusher:connection_established. If you test with curl, pass --http1.1: over HTTP/2 the upgrade is rejected with 400 before it reaches sockudo.

Collect diagnostics for Jedify support

This collects read-only information into one archive. It reads no Secret and no secret value.
Review the archive before you send it. Your values hold no secrets by design (every credential lives in Secret Manager), but they do hold your hostnames and project’s names, and logs can include fragments of your users’ questions and data.
Never send Jedify, or anyone, the output of these. Each one prints credentials:
  • kubectl get secret ... -o yaml, or any command that reads a Secret’s data
  • env or printenv inside an application pod: every key of your application configuration secret is in its environment
  • gcloud secrets versions access
  • OpenTofu’s state, or a saved plan file: both hold the generated database passwords
