# User Management

> Invite people to your account, disable or re-enable access, and change roles.

## Overview

User Management lets you control who can use Jedify in your account: invite people, disable or re-enable a user’s access, or change their role (e.g. User vs Data Expert). You’ll see these options in the app when they’re available for your account.

## What You Can Do

* **Invite users** — Add people to your account. There’s a limit on how many users you can have; the app will show you when you’re at that limit.
* **See who’s in your account** — View users and their roles.
* **Disable a user** — Revoke access. They’re signed out and can’t use Jedify until you re-enable them.
* **Enable a user** — Restore access. They can sign in again.
* **Change a user’s role** — Give someone a different role (e.g. Data Expert). They’re signed out once; when they sign in again, they have the new permissions.

## Inviting Users

Invite new users up to your account’s limit. If you don’t see the option to invite or manage users, this feature may not be on for your account.

## Disabling and Enabling Access

**Disable:** The user is signed out right away and can’t sign in again until you enable them.

**Enable:** They can sign in again and use Jedify as before.

## Changing a User’s Role

When you change someone’s role, they’re signed out once. The next time they sign in, they have the new role — no extra steps for them or for you.

## Good to Know

* If you don’t see User Management in the app, your account may not have it. You can ask Jedify to enable this option for your account.
